Volaris Costa Rica Overview 

Volaris Costa Rica was founded in 2016, it is the subsidiary of Mexican airline Volaris and it is a low-cost carrier. Furthermore, the carrier was established in 2016 and started operations by November 2016. In addition to this, the airline operates international flights and also flights to Mexico, US, El Salvador and Guatemala. 

 

Volaris Costa Rica Hub and Destinations 

Volaris Costa Rica has its hub airport as Juan Santamaría International Airport, San Jose and El Salvador International Airport, San Salvador. Moreover, the airline operates flights across Guatemala, the United States, El Salvador and within Mexico. For instance,  the domestic destinations that the airline flies to include San Salvador, Guatemala City, Cancún, Mexico City, Managua, Los Angeles, New York City, Washington D.C and San Jose.

Volaris Costa Rica Travel Fares 

Volaris Costa Rica only offers passengers three fares, they are: Plus, Classic, and Basic

Plus 

This fare delivers to passengers whatever they expect, at a lower price than other airlines. Passengers can expect more baggage allowance, seat reservation service and priority service. In addition to this, passengers can access the food menu on board and fulfil their cravings. Lastly, the seats are very comfortable and have a generous amount of legroom. 

Classic

This fare provides passengers with a few added benefits. Moreover, great service is provided by friendly and sophisticated crew members. Passengers get an added baggage allowance in this fare. In addition to this, passengers can access the food menu on board and fulfil their cravings. Lastly, the seats are very comfortable and have a generous amount of legroom.

Basic 

This is the most affordable fare available, upto 25% more economical, passengers get the most basic service. Moreover, the fare includes one personal item for the passengers to carry and if the passengers want they can purchase more baggage. In addition to this, passengers can access the food menu on board and fulfil their cravings. Lastly, the seats are very comfortable and have a generous amount of legroom.

 

In-Flight Entertainment 

Volaris Costa Rica does not provide passengers with in-flight entertainment or Wi-Fi service. However, passengers can pre-download content on their personal devices and watch it throughout the flight for entertainment purposes. 

 

In-Flight Food 

Volaris Costa Rica provides passengers food, snacks and drinks on-board. However, it is not complimentary. Moreover,passengers can access the in-flight menu and decide to fulfil their craving. In addition to this, the in-flight menu consists of a wide range of food items. From burgers, noodles, cookies, chips to hot and cold beverages, wines, beer, etc. all available on-board. This will surely enhance passengers' flying experience.
