Check-in arrival time at airport:

Domestic:	60 minutes before scheduled departure
International:	90 minutes before scheduled departure

Minimum required check-in time with baggage:

Domestic:	30 minutes before scheduled departure
International:	60 minutes before scheduled departure

Online check-in 

Passengers can avail this service by visiting the online check-in page of Volotea. Moreover, passengers can also use Vistara’s mobile app. Furthermore, they are required to either print out the boarding pass or keep a digital copy of the boarding pass on their device. Lastly, passengers are expected to arrive at least 2.5 hours prior to the departure of the flight. 

 

Airport check-in

Passengers can do this by visiting the check-in desk of Volotu at the airport. To avail it passengers just need to provide necessary travel documents. Moreover, the check-in desk opens 2 hours prior to the flight and closes 35 minutes prior to the flight departure.   Additionally, passengers are advised to reach early. So that they have enough time to complete all the formalities like baggage drop, check-in, airport security check, boarding, etc. Please look below for check-in counter hours:

Lastly, this service is not free. Passengers can book this service for €10 at the time of booking the ticket. However, if they haven’t booked this service then they will be required to pay €30 per passenger at the airport.
