Cancellation Policy
VivaAerobús permits passengers to cancel their flight tickets. However, to get a full refund the passenger must make the cancellation within 24 hours of booking the ticket. Moreover, it must be made 7 days prior to the departure of the flight. Apart from this the airline does not permit cancellation of tickets.
Refund Policy
On the chance that the flight is cancelled by VivaAerobús due to reasons directly attributed to the airline, then the airline will try to get the passenger to the intended destination as soon as possible. Moreover, if the alternative flights do not suit the passenger they can get a refund of the costs. In addition to this, passengers will also get a 25% compensation of the price.
The refund, return payment for cancelled flight is processed to the debit card or credit card that was used to purchase the booking.
