Passengers can check-in online through the SriLankan Airlines website or mobile app. Online check-in is available 24 hours before the flight departure and closes 2 hours before departure.

Mobile check-in:

Passengers can check-in through the SriLankan Airlines mobile app. Mobile check-in is available 24 hours before the flight departure and closes 2 hours before departure.

Airport check-in:

Passengers can also check-in at the airport. Airport check-in counters open 3 hours prior to departure time and close 1 hour before departure time for domestic flights and 2 hours before departure time for international flights.

The following travel paperwork must be organized before arriving at the SriLankan Airlines Airport:

1. A valid passport or government-issued identification
2. E-ticket number
3. The name and details of your SriLankan Airlines flight

Online web check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Visit the SriLankan Airlines website and click the "Web Check-in" tab.
2. Enter your booking reference number and last name to access your booking details.
3. Select the passengers for whom you want to check-in.
4. Choose your preferred seats from the available options.
5. Verify your contact and travel information.
6. Review and confirm your check-in details.
7. Print your boarding pass or save it to your mobile device to present at the airport.

Airport check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Check the flight schedule and arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before the flight departure time.
2. Proceed to the SriLankan Airlines check-in counter.
3. Present your travel documents to the airline staff, such as your passport, visa, and booking confirmation.
4. The airline staff will check your travel documents, verify your booking, and issue you a boarding pass.
5. Drop off your checked-in luggage at the designated counter, if applicable.
6. Proceed to the security checkpoint with your carry-on baggage and boarding pass.
7. Complete security screening and proceed to the boarding gate at the designated time.

Mobile check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Download the SriLankan Airlines mobile app on your smartphone.
2. Launch the app and select the "Check-In" option.
3. Enter your booking reference number and last name to access your booking.
4. Select the passengers you want to check-in and follow the prompts to confirm your seat selection.
5. Once you complete the check-in process, your boarding pass will be available on the app for you to download or save to your mobile device.

Kiosk check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Locate the self-service kiosk at the airport.
2. Enter your reservation code or e-ticket number.
3. Follow the prompts to select your flight and confirm your personal information.
4. Select your preferred seat (if available).
5. Pay any applicable baggage fees (if not already paid).
6. Confirm your flight details and print your boarding pass.
7. If you have baggage to check-in, proceed to the bag drop counter with your printed boarding pass and luggage.
