Check-in policy

Online web check-in

Online, through the " Online Check-in " tab above the main search engine at  www.royalairmaroc.com, between 48 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure at a wide selection of airports. We recommend checking on this page if your departure airport is within the list of airports that accept web check-in. Once we have done the check-in, we will only have to print our boarding pass (or send it by email if we prefer not to use paper) and go directly to the boarding gate, if you are not traveling with luggage, or to the drop counter- off of Royal Air Maroc in case of traveling with checked luggage.

Mobile Web Check-In

Online through the Royal Air Maroc application for mobile devices, which you can download for free from the App Store and Google Play, between 48 hours and 2 hours before the scheduled flight departure at a wide selection of airports.

Offline check-in at the airport

At the airport through Royal Air Marocself check-in counters or kiosks (only passengers with electronic tickets pass). If you have decided to check-in for your Royal Air Maroc flight at the airport, you must bear in mind that the check-in times are:

• 2 hours before on short and medium-haul flights in low season.
• 3 hours before the low season long haul flight.
• 3 hours before on short and medium-haul flights in high season and school holidays, etc.
• 4 hours before the scheduled long-haul flights in high season and school holidays, etc.
