Cancellation Policy and fee

With the help of JetSmart new feature that will allow the reservation price to be same without any change until you purchase it completely. this will avoid your extra raise charge while booking JteSmart flight ticket. the selection option will be there upto 24 or 48 hours until you choose and book your itinerary. this feature will not provide any discount or refundable tickets while reservation.

Change policy

JetSmart charge for change in flight, date or route per passenger. If you want to upgrade to leg, then you have to pay the difference in the fare prices.
there is name change charge on your flight ticket. however, you cannot change your name after the scheduled flight departure. and you have to change or upgrade leg before one hour of your scheduled flight departure through JetSmart contact center. If the passenger wants to make any changes on low fare flight booking, then there will be additional change or service fee.

FlexiSMART

FlexiSMART option of JetSmart allows passengers to make changes without any cancellation fee or penalty. this is only applicable if you buy it during JetSmart airline reservation. there is no refund of FlexiSMART, if you did not use it to make any changes on flight ticket.
