Garuda Indonesia Airlines does not provide a refund for canceled international travel tickets. There won't be any refunds after the registration is complete.

Step 2. After logging in, you are taken to Garuda Indonesia's home website, where the "My Trip" tab is visible. Just select that to proceed. Next, fill out the blank box asking for the booking code and the passengers' last names.

Step 3. This stage enables you to retrieve the information about the ticket you intend to cancel to proceed after independently verifying it.

Step 4. You have many options now that you are on the following screen. To cancel your ticket, select your cancellation choice.

Step 5. Your request to rescind will be approved if your ticket allows it; otherwise, it may be rejected. It entirely relies on the ticket fare class you select when making the reservation.

Step 6. The cancellation fees will be deducted from the original fare. The remaining balance will be refunded to your account if your ticket does not fall under a complete refund category.

Step 7. You'll receive a confirmation email from Garuda Indonesia once your cancellation has been accepted.
