Online check-in 

Passengers can avail this service for free by going to the official website of Blue Air. This is a very convenient option and will save time as passengers won’t have to stand in long queues. Moreover, passengers can check-in via phone, tablet or computer. They can check-in by simply putting in their details. In addition, passengers can print out their boarding pass or download a digital print on their phone. Furthermore, online check-in for flights opens as early as 30 days before the flight but check-in timings differ according to the ticket fare. In addition to this, online check-in closes 3 hours before the flight departure and passengers who fail to check-in on time will not be allowed on-board.

Moreover, following passengers cannot check-in online:

• Carrying weapon
• Unaccompanied minors
• Carrying animals
• Flying internationally and require visas for entry
• Carrying fragile or bulky objects

 

Airport check-in 

Passengers can check-in by visiting the check-in counter of Blue Air at the airport. To avail it, passengers just need to provide their confirmation reference and necessary travel documents like identity cards and passports. Passengers should arrive early so that they have enough time to complete all the formalities like baggage drop, check-in, airport security check, boarding, etc. Moreover, check-in counters open 2 hours prior to the departure of flights. And the check-in counter opens 50-30 minutes prior to the scheduled departure of the flight. Furthermore, check-in timings may also depend on the airport and the passengers should consult the departure airport website for the details. In addition to this, check-in at the airport is free for BluePLUS and BlueBIZ customers, other passengers who wish to check-in at the airport are separately charged. Lastly, passengers who fail to check-in on time will not be allowed to board the flight.
