Step 1. Log into your account on Alaska’s homepage and select Manage Trip (https://www.alaskaair.com/)

Step 2. After clicking on manage trip, the passenger will be asked for the last name and the confirmation code/e-ticket

Step 3: You will be prompted to validate the cancellation of your reservation on the following screen. Your reservation will be formally canceled once you select Confirm, and you'll get a confirmation email with your ticket number and any money left over after any possible cancellation fees.
