Baggage allowance and fees
Carry on Baggage
Passengers are allowed to carry 2 carry-on bags, 7kg weight is allowed. Cabin bags cannot exceed 56x 36 x 23cm dimension. Laptop bag cannot exceed 40 x 30 x 10cm dimension.
Checked-in Baggage
For checked in baggage, passengers can carry as many bags. But the total weight of the bags cannot exceed measurement of 119 x 119 x 81cm. See the table below for the weight allowance.

Sports Equipment
Certain sports equipment require extra-frugal handling procedures due to their sensitive nature. For instance, gold sets, dicing equipment, ski sets, snowboards, etc. Which is why passengers are required to buy sports equipment allowance. They can buy it beforehand via AirAsia official website or AirAsia Mobile app. Passengers can also buy sports equipment allowance at the airport, however, it will be both expensive and limited to 15kg.
