Cancellation Policy
In the event of a contraction of COVID-19 by you, or family members or co-owner of the company the airline provides reimbursement of the penalty upon cancellation. It is also provided in case the cancellation is done due to unforeseeable reasons, this includes chronic disorders. Moreover, this is true for subscription within 72 hours of booking.
Refund Policy
In accordance with fare regulations, Air Dolomiti will provide a refund to the person whose name is printed on the ticket or the person who paid for the ticket. However, Air Dolomiti can refuse to refund if the validity of the ticket has expired.
Upon a flight cancellation by Air Dolomiti, appropriate compensation and provisions are made by the airline. This includes re-accommodation or refund. In some cases, passengers also have the right to monetary compensation. Furthermore, monetary compensation will not be provided if:
- Passenger has been notified about the cancellation 14 days before the departure
- Passenger has been notified about the cancellation 14 – 7 days before the departure
