Check-in Policy

Online check-in:

Passengers can check-in for their flight online up to 24 hours before departure. This allows passengers to select their seats and print their boarding passes from the comfort of their own homes or office. Online check-in is available for most flights operated by Air Caraibes. (Online Check-in)

Airport check-in:

Passengers can also check-in for their flight at the airport. Airport check-in counters typically open 2-3 hours before departure and close 45 minutes before departure for international flights and 30 minutes before departure for regional flights. Passengers must arrive at the airport with ample time to complete check-in and clear security.

Self-service kiosks:

Air Caraibes also offers self-service kiosks at select airports. Passengers can use these kiosks to check in for their flight, select their seats, and print their boarding passes. In addition, self-service kiosks are available at some airports in France and the Caribbean.

The following travel paperwork must be organized before arriving at the Air Caraibes Airport:

1. A valid passport or government-issued identification
2. E-ticket number
3. The name and details of your Air Caraibes flight

Online web check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Visit Air Caraibes' website and click on the "Online check-in" option.
2. Enter your reservation or booking number, along with your last name.
3. Select the flight or flights for which you would like to check-in.
4. Choose your preferred seat(s) on the aircraft.
5. Verify your personal and travel information, and make any necessary changes.
6. Confirm your check-in and print your boarding pass.

Offline check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Arrive at the airport with ample time before the scheduled departure time of your flight. Check-in counters typically open 2-3 hours before departure and close 45 minutes before departure for international flights and 30 minutes before departure for regional flights.
2. Proceed to the Air Caraibes check-in counter and present your passport, travel documents, and booking confirmation.
3. Inform the check-in agent of special requests like seat preferences or dietary restrictions.
4. If you have checked baggage, the check-in agent will weigh and tag your bags and provide you with a baggage receipt.
5. Once your check-in is complete, the agent will provide you with a boarding pass.
6. Proceed to the security checkpoint and present your boarding pass and travel documents.
7. After clearing security, proceed to the gate for your flight.

Kiosk check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Locate an Air Caraibes self-service kiosk at the airport. The kiosks are typically located in the check-in area.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to check in for your flight.
3. Enter your reservation or booking number, along with your last name.
4. Select the flight or flights for which you would like to check-in.
5. Choose your preferred seat(s) on the aircraft.
6. Verify your personal and travel information, and make any necessary changes.
7. Confirm your check-in and print your boarding pass.
8. If you have checked baggage, you will need to drop it off at the baggage drop counter before proceeding to security. The kiosk will provide you with a baggage tag that you will need to attach to your luggage.
9. Proceed to the security checkpoint and present your boarding pass and travel documents.
