Cancellation Policy
In case the fight is cancelled due to some reason and the passenger has a single contract of carriage, then all provisions under it will be made available. Refunds will be made in accordance with the fare condition of the ticket. The airline holds the right to cancel the passengers ticker, if they fail to make the full payment of the ticket before the issued deadline.
If the airline cancels all parts of the ticket (round-trip), then refund will be given to the passenger in accordance with the airline’s conditions of refund and sales terms. If the airline cancels part of the ticket, then passengers will be given a modified ticket amount.
Refund Policy
Some tickets are refundable and some are non-refundable. It is the passengers responsibility to check the conditions attached to the ticket they purchase, to guarantee that they can modify or cancel their ticket if needed. Certain penalties are applicable in case the passenger wants to get a refund. Passengers’ refund request may cause invoicing of costs that will not exceed 20% of the refunded amount. Unless the refund request was made online. Moreover, if the craft is unable to meet the condition of carrying the passenger then a refund will be given.
Refund will be made to the person who the ticket is issued to, and a refund will be made to the account that was used to pay at the time of booking. Furthermore, if passengers issued the ticket through a Travel agency, they are required to submit a refund request through the agency itself.
Lastly, Air Caraïbes can refuse a refund if-
- Ticket is non-refundable
- Request for refund is made after the validity expiration of the ticket
- Ticket is in a currency different from the currency paid in
- Ticket has been stolen
