Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation Policy 

Aerolíneas Argentinas has a 24 hour cancellation policy. So passengers can cancel the reservation within 24 hours of booking the tickets. If they do so they will get a full refund. But this is provided that the reservation was made at least seven days or more before this scheduled departure of the flight. In case The passenger misses the 24 hour window then they will be required to pay a penalty. It is also important to note that if the passenger cancels a portion of their round-trip itinerary then they will be required to cancel the entire itinerary and rebook the ticket. 

Refund policy 

To get a refund, Following conditions should be met-

• Refund request may only be made during the validity time of the ticket, i.e, upon till 12 months after the ticket was issued.
• While filling out the form for refund, passengers should fill out exactly where they purchased the ticket from.
• Refund for Argentina plus award tickets can only be requested through WhatsApp. 
• The airline will only process refunds if the purchase fair allows it. Penalties relevant to the fair are applicable.
