Baggage Policy

China Airlines' baggage allowance policy is designed to ensure a smooth and comfortable travel experience for its passengers. The airline's baggage allowance depends on the passenger's ticket type, route, and frequent flyer status.

Carry-on/Cabin Baggage Policy

Aeroflot's carry-on baggage policy allows passengers to bring one carry-on bag and one personal item on board the aircraft if they meet the size and weight restrictions and do not contain any prohibited items.

NOTE: Bulkhead seats lack under-seat storage, so all carry-on and cabin luggage must be stored in the overhead compartment during takeoff and landing.

Checked Baggage

Aeroflot allows passengers to check baggage transported in the aircraft's cargo hold. Here are the details of Aeroflot's checked baggage policy:

1. Allowance: The checked baggage allowance varies depending on the passenger's travel class and route. Generally, Economy Class passengers are allowed one piece of checked baggage weighing up to 23 kg (50 lb), while Comfort Class and Business Class passengers are allowed two pieces of checked luggage weighing up to 32 kg (70 lb) each.
2. Size restrictions: Each piece of checked baggage must not exceed the dimensions 158 cm (62 in) (length + width + height).
3. Additional baggage: Passengers can purchase extra baggage allowance at the airport or online before their flight.
4. Excess baggage: Passengers who exceed the baggage allowance may be charged an extra fee.

Passengers may transfer checked baggage in the cargo hold of an airplane as long as it adheres to Aeroflot's size, weight, and item regulations and does not include any illicit goods. If more baggage is needed, passengers can purchase it; otherwise, they risk being charged an over-baggage tax.
