Canceling Your Booking:

If you make your ticket on the airline's website:

You must complete the refund request form if you made your ticket using the airline's website and want to cancel it. When you request a refund, the airline will process your request and send the money to the original payment method you specified, such as a debit card, credit card, travel voucher, or Avios account. The airline will contact you to let you know when your refund has been processed and will arrive in 7 days.

According to Aer Lingus' 24-hour cancellation policy, you can cancel an outbound or inbound trip to or from the United States and receive a refund; however, you must make your reservation at least seven days before the scheduled departure time.

You can only alter or cancel your flight up to 2 (two) hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight; after that time, you are no longer eligible for a flight refund. The carrier will keep your money in reserve. Before the validity expires, all of the claim papers must be submitted.

If the flight is canceled, you are entitled to a refund of the applicable government taxes. However, you must file your request within one month of the scheduled departure date. 4. Corporate Rates

  1. You are only qualified to receive a refund if you cancel your flight before the scheduled departure time of the flight and after a 15% deduction for government taxes.
  2. If you change your reservation and cancel it, and your initial booking is non-refundable, you will only receive a refund for the difference in fares.
  3. Additionally, administrative, seat, baggage, and food fees are not refundable.
