Baggage allowance 

Carry-on baggage 

Vueling permits passengers to carry one piece of cabin baggage as well as one small hand bag. The baggage can weigh a maximum of 10kg. Furthermore, the cabin baggage can be of maximum 55 x 40 x 20cm dimension for all passengers. In addition, the hand bag can be of maximum 40 x 20 x 30cm dimensions. Most importantly, for basic fare passengers a cabin bag is available but with extra charge. 

 

Checked baggage 

Vueling permits passengers to carry one bag each type. One baggage upto 25kg weight can be turned in for check-in. If the baggage exceeds allowance then passengers will be charged EUR 12 per kg. For more details please click here.

Special Baggage

Vueling allows passengers to bring special equipment. These items can be of maxi32kg weight with 2.7 height. In addition, packing and labelling should be done properly. Moreover, one passenger can check-in one special piece of equipment. Following equipment’s can be checked in as special equipment:

• Skiing equipment 
• Windsurfing equipment 
• Surfboard equipment 
• bicycle
• Golf equipment 
• Kitesurfing equipment
• Snowboard equipment
• Sporting arm
• Musical instruments

 

Prohibited items

Some of the items that are prohibited in the cabin are the following:

• Firearms 
• Perfumes
• Knitting needles
• Penknives and razors
• Deodorants and liquid medicines/sprays
• Work tools
• Scissors, tweezers and nail clippers
• Bullets
• Sports pads
• Golf clubs
• Slingshots and darts

Following items are not allowed on-board:

• Detonators 
• Fireworks
• Corrosives and Bleaches 
• Compressed gases
• Blow torches
• Pains
• Electric scooter
• Spillable batteries
• Flammable solids and liquids
