Online Check-In:

Passengers can check-in for their flight online through UIA's website or mobile app up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time. Online check-in allows passengers to select their seats, print their boarding passes, and avoid waiting in line at the airport.

Airport Check-In:

Passengers can check in for their flight at the airport by visiting a UIA check-in desk. Passengers must arrive at the airport with sufficient time before their flight to complete the check-in process.

Self-Service Kiosk:

UIA offers self-service kiosks at some airports, allowing passengers to check in and print their boarding passes without assistance from a customer service representative.

Priority Check-In:

Passengers in Business Class or those with elite status in UIA's frequent flyer program, Panorama Club, are eligible for priority check-in at select airports.

The following travel paperwork must be organized before arriving at the Ukraine International Airline Airport:

1. A valid passport or government-issued identification
2. E-ticket number
3. The name and details of your Ukraine International Airline flight

Online web check-in to get a Boarding Pass

Here are the steps to complete online web check-in and get a boarding pass for your Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) flight:

1. Visit UIA's website and click on the "Online Check-In" tab.
2. Enter your booking reference number and the last name of the passenger to access your booking.
3. Select the passenger(s) you wish to check in and confirm your flight details.
4. Choose your preferred seat and enter any additional information as required.
5. Review and confirm your check-in details, and then download and print your boarding pass.
6. If you have checked your baggage, proceed to the UIA bag drop counter at the airport to check your bags.

Please note that online check-in is available 48 to 1 hour before your flight's departure time. Passengers who complete online check-in and print their boarding pass can proceed directly to security at the airport, saving time and avoiding waiting in line at the check-in desk.

Airport check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Arrive at the airport with sufficient time before your flight's scheduled departure time.
2. Proceed to the UIA check-in desk and present your travel documents, including your passport and booking reference number.
3. Provide necessary information to the customer service representative, including the number of checked bags.
4. Receive your boarding pass from the customer service representative.
5. If you have checked your baggage, proceed to the UIA bag drop counter to check your bags.
6. Proceed through security to the departure gate.

Mobile check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Download the UIA mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and select "Check-In."
3. Enter your booking reference number and the passenger's last name to access your booking.
4. Select the passenger(s) you wish to check in and confirm your flight details.
5. Choose your preferred seat and enter any additional information as required.
6. Review and confirm your check-in details, and then download and save your boarding pass to your mobile device.
7. If you have checked your baggage, proceed to the UIA bag drop counter at the airport to check your bags.

Kiosk check-in to get a Boarding Pass 

1. Locate a UIA self-service kiosk at the airport.
2. Follow the on-screen instructions to enter your booking reference number and the passenger's last name.
3. Select the passenger(s) you wish to check in and confirm your flight details.
4. Choose your preferred seat and enter any additional information as required.
5. Review and confirm your check-in details, and then print your boarding pass from the kiosk.
6. If you have checked your baggage, proceed to the UIA bag drop counter at the airport to check your bags.
