If you're planning to fly with TAP Air Portugal and want to save time and avoid the hassle of checking in at the airport, online check-in is the way to go. Here are the steps to complete online check-in with TAP Air Portugal:

2. Enter your booking reference number, last name, and departure city or airport.
3. Select the passenger or passengers you want to check in.

If you prefer to check in for your TAP Air Portugal flight at the airport, here are the steps to follow for offline check-in:

1. Head to the TAP Air Portugal check-in counters at the airport. These counters are usually located near the departure area and are marked.
2. Present your travel documents to the check-in agent, including your passport or identification card and booking reference number.
3. The check-in agent will confirm your flight details and ask you for any checked baggage you may have. Then, they will weigh your baggage and tag it for the flight.

TAP can handle your check-in and send you your boarding pass directly 24 hours before departure. However, automatic Check-in is available only for flights from Lisbon if you provide your contact details, including your email and phone number, when booking.

If additional information is required by law, e.g., passport details, Automatic Check-in is only allowed if these details are included in your booking.
