Singapore Airlines Baggage Fees & Allowance FAQ's
1. What if I can’t find my baggage when I arrive at the destination? +
If on your arrival you’re unable to locate your baggage, contact the airport’s baggage services and provide your details. Singapore Airlines will do everything to deliver your baggage as soon as possible.
2. What if my baggage is damaged? +
If you find that your baggage is damaged, you will have to report it within seven days and then the airline will either help you repair it or provide you with compensation accordingly.
3. What to do if my baggage is missing? +
If your baggage is not found, you will have to claim for your baggage. The lost and found department will email you a form that needs to be filled and submitted. Thereafter, you will be notified about your baggage status.
