Passengers can cancel their tickets, despite the ticket being refundable or non-refundable. Passengers can cancel and get a refund of their ticket if they have a Business flex ticket. However, the passengers with non-refundable ticket types are not eligible for a full refund. Moreover, if the ticket is cancelled less than 2 hours prior to the departure of the flight, then passengers will only receive a refund of airport taxes. This is also applicable for passengers who have a Business flex ticket.
Passengers can apply for a refund by going to the website of Pegasus Airlines and heading over to the ‘Manage Booking’ section. Moreover passengers who want a refund of the ticket tickets will get a refund of the fare according to the tariff rules. Some tickets may not restrict passengers to get a refund. Refunds will be provided to the person named on the ticket, or to the person who paid for the ticket. In addition, a refund will be processed to the credit card that was used for the payment of the ticket. Lastly, the refund will be processed in the same currency as it was paid in.
In case the flight is cancelled by Pegasus Airlines then passengers are eligible for a full refund, without any deductions. However, if is a delay which causes the passenger to miss their connecting flight, then normal fare rules apply to other flights on the same ticket.
