Check-in Policy

Czech Airlines offers several options for check-in, designed to make the process as easy and convenient as possible for passengers. Here are the check-in options available:

Online check-in:

Passengers can check in online up to 36 hours before their flight's departure time. Online check-in is available for all Czech Airlines flights, except those departing from Tel Aviv, Odessa, and Yekaterinburg. During online check-in, passengers can select their seat, print their boarding pass, and choose to receive their boarding pass via email or SMS.

Mobile check-in:

Passengers can also check in using their mobile devices through the Czech Airlines mobile app. The mobile app allows passengers to select seats, access boarding passes, and receive flight updates and notifications.

Airport check-in:

Passengers can check in at thAirportrt using one of the self-service kiosks or by visiting a check-in counter. Passengers should arrive at thAirportrt at least 2 hours before their flight's departure time. Check-in counters close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time for flights within Europe and 60 minutes for flights outside Europe.

Group check-in:

Czech Airlines offers group check-in services for groups of 10 or more passengers traveling together. Group check-in is available at the Airport only and must be arranged in advance.

The following travel paperwork must be organized before arriving at the Czech Airlines Airport:

1. A valid passport or government-issued identification
2. E-ticket number
3. The name and details of your Czech Airlines flight

Online web check-in to get a Boarding Pass

Here are the steps for online web check-in with Czech Airlines:

1. First, visit Czech Airlines' website at czechairlines.com and click the "Online Check-in" tab on the homepage.
2. Enter your booking code and surname in the provided fields. You can also enter your e-ticket number and surname if you don't have your booking code.
3. Select the flight you want to check in for and click "Check-in."
4. Choose your seat from the available options. If you're traveling with other passengers and want to sit together, you can select seats adjacent to each other.
5. Review your flight details and personal information to ensure that everything is correct. If you need to make any changes, you can do so at this time.
6. Choose how you want to receive your boarding pass. You can either print it out or receive it via email or SMS.
7. Once you've completed the check-in process, you can proceed directly to the security checkpoint at thAirportrt. Be sure to arrive at thAirportrt with plenty of time before your flight's scheduled departure time.

Airport check-in to get a Boarding Pass

Here are the steps for airport check-in:

1. Arrive at the Airport with plenty of time before your flight's scheduled departure time. Czech Airlines recommends arriving at least 2 hours before departure for international flights and 1.5 hours for domestic flights.
2. Find the Czech Airlines check-in counter at the Airport. The location of the counter may vary depending on thAirportrt, so be sure to check the Airport's website or information desk for details.
3. Provide the check-in agent with your passport or other travel documents and your booking code or e-ticket number.
4. If applicable, the check-in agent will check your luggage and provide you with your boarding pass.
5. If you have any special requests or needs, such as a special meal or assistance with boarding, be sure to inform the check-in agent at this time.
6. Proceed to the security checkpoint with your boarding pass and any luggage you may have checked.
7. Once you've passed through security, go to your departure gate, which will be listed on your boarding pass.
8. Board your flight when it is called, and enjoy your journey with Czech Airlines!

Mobile check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Download the Czech Airlines mobile app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and select "Check-in" from the main menu.
3. Enter your booking reference number and last name to retrieve your booking.
4. Follow the prompts to select your seat, add any necessary information, and confirm your check-in.
5. Once you've completed the mobile check-in process, you'll receive a digital boarding pass that you can use to board your flight.

Kiosk check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Locate a Czech Airlines self-service kiosk at the Airport. The kiosks are typically located in the check-in area.

4. Select the flight or flights for which you would like to check-in.
5. Choose your preferred seat(s) on the aircraft.
6. Verify your personal and travel information, and make any necessary changes.
7. Confirm your check-in and print your boarding pass.
8. If you have checked your baggage, you must drop it off at the baggage drop counter before proceeding to security. The kiosk will provide you with a baggage tag you must attach to your luggage.
9. Proceed to the security checkpoint and present your boarding pass and travel documents.
10. After clearing security, proceed to the gate for your flight.
