Passengers can avail this service for free by going to the official website of Czech Airlines or downloading the Czech Airlines app. This is a very convenient option and will save time as passengers won’t have to stand in long queues. Moreover, passengers can check-in via phone, tablet or computer. They can check-in by simply putting in their details. In addition, passengers can print out their boarding pass or download a digital print on their phone. Furthermore, online check-in for flights opens 36 hours before the flight and closes 1 hours before the flight. Lastly, passengers who fail to check-in on time will not be allowed on-board.
Following passengers may not be able to check-in online, and need to check-in at the airport:
- Infant younger than 2 years who who don’t occupy a seat
- Passengers who need special assistance- pregnant women, old people who need wheelchairs, etc.
- Unaccompanied minor
Passengers can check-in by visiting the check-in counter of Czech Airlines at the airport. To avail it, passengers just need to provide their confirmation reference and necessary travel documents like identity cards and passports. Passengers should arrive early so that they have enough time to complete all the formalities like baggage drop, check-in, airport security check, boarding, etc. Moreover, the check-in counters usually open 2 hour before long/medium haul flights and 1 hour before short-haul flights. In addition to this, check-in counters close 40 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight except for in Beirut and Riyadh where the counter closes 60 minutes before the flight. However, passengers should still consult the departure airport website for the details before the flight as check-in timings also depend on the airport. Furthermore, passengers who fail to check-in on time will not be allowed to board the flight.
