Steps to Cancel a Flight

Step 1.  On the Cayman Airways homepage and select Manage My Bookings

Step 2. After clicking on  Manage My Bookings, the passenger will be asked for the last name, and the PNR Number is required.

Step 3. Select the flight you want to cancel: After entering your details, you'll be able to see all your flight details. Select the flight you want to cancel by clicking on it.

Step 4. Once you've selected the flight you want to cancel, you'll be prompted to confirm the cancellation. Read the terms and conditions carefully and then click on "Confirm" to cancel your flight.

Step 5. Receive a confirmation: After canceling your flight, you'll receive a confirmation email from Cayman Airways with details of your canceled flight and any refund you may be entitled to.

Step 6. Request a refund (if applicable): If you're entitled to a refund, you can request it through the "Manage My Booking" section of the Cayman Airways website. You'll need to provide your banking details, and the refund will be processed accordingly.
