Passengers are allowed to cancel their flight ticket, however, special fares may limit the passenger from exercising their right to cancel their reservation. Only flex and standard tickets can be cancelled, for standard ticket a flat deduction of €100 is applicable. Moreover, the airlines allows passengers, regardless of their ticket type, to cancel their ticket within 24 hours of booking it. However, a €42 administration fee as well as €2 service charge is deducted from the refund.
If ASL France Airlines cancels the flight, then the carrier will provide suitable provisions and compensations to the passengers. Passengers can either get a refund of the price they paid for the ticket portion that is unused or re-routing to the passenger’s intended destination at the earliest opportunity. Furthermore, the airline will provide reasonable snacks and refreshments to the passengers. In addition, two telephone calls. Lastly, if stay of 1-2 nights becomes necessary before re-routing, then suitable accommodation will be offered by the airlines.

These provisions are provided unless the airlines inform the passengers about the cancellation 14 days prior to the scheduled departure of the flight.
Standard and flex ticket passengers can request for a refund, however, this can only be requested before the departure of the flight and not after. Moreover, regardless of the ticket type, if the validity of the ticket has expired then a refund will not be provided. The airline will only provide refund in the currency in which the ticket was purchased. Moreover, the refund will be made to the credit/debit card used to make the purchase.
If a passenger is unable to take their flight, the airlines may refund the taxes and charges on request. This is true even if the ticket is non-refundable. In addition, some taxes and charges in certain destinations may not be refunded.
