Passengers who are unable to check in online or prefer to check in at the airport can do so at Air Greenland's check-in counters. The check-in counters typically open 2 hours before the scheduled departure time and close 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport with enough time to complete check-in, security screening, and any other necessary procedures before their flight.

Mobile Check-In

In addition to online check-in, Air Greenland also offers mobile check-in for its passengers. Passengers can check in using their mobile device starting 24 hours before their flight's departure time and up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. To use mobile check-in, passengers will need to download the Air Greenland app and enter their booking reference and last name. Once checked in, passengers can save their boarding pass on their mobile device and use it to board their flight.

Kiosk Check-In

Air Greenland also offers kiosk check-in at some airports for passengers who prefer a self-service option. Passengers can use the kiosks to check in, select their seat, and print their boarding pass.
