Check-in Policy

Air Arabia offers several check-in options for passengers, including online check-in, airport check-in, and self-service kiosks. Here are some critical points about Air Arabia's check-in policy:(Check-in Policy.)

Online Check-In:

Passengers can check-in for their flight online up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time. Online check-in allows passengers to select their seats, print their boarding passes, and avoid queues at the airport.

Airport Check-In:

Passengers can also check-in for their flight at the airport, either at the check-in counter or at a self-service kiosk. Check-in counters open three hours before the scheduled departure time and close one hour before the scheduled departure time.

Late Check-In:

Passengers who arrive late for their flight may be denied boarding and subject to the airline's cancellation policy.

Kiosk check-in

You can also check in using a self-service kiosk at the airport. Self-service kiosks are available at select airports and allow you to print your boarding pass and baggage tags.

Baggage Check-In:

Passengers must check in their baggage at the designated counter and ensure that their luggage meets the airline's size and weight restrictions.

The following travel paperwork must be organized before arriving at the Air Arabia Airport:

1. A valid passport or government-issued identification
2. E-ticket number
3. The name and details of your Air Arabia flight

Online check-in to get a Boarding Pass

Here are the steps for online check-in with Air Arabia:

1. First, visit the Air Arabia website ( Web Check-in Policy)and select the "Online Check-In" option from the menu.
2. Enter your booking reference number and the last name of the passenger. Click "Check-In."
3. Select the flight you wish to check-in, and review your booking details.
4. Select your preferred seat, or allow the system to assign you a seat automatically.
5. Confirm your baggage allowance, and select any additional baggage or meal options if needed.
6. Review your personal information and travel documents, and make any necessary updates.
7. Print your boarding pass, or save it to your mobile device for later use.
8. Proceed to the airport, and present your boarding pass and travel documents at the designated check-in counter.

Note: Online check-in is available up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure time. Passengers who have checked in online must arrive at the airport at least 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time to allow for security checks and boarding procedures.

Airport Check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Arrive at the airport 3 hours before the scheduled departure time, and proceed to the check-in counter.
2. Present your travel documents, including your passport and visa (if required), to the check-in agent.
3. Provide your booking reference number or e-ticket number, and confirm your flight details.
4. Check your baggage at the designated counter, and ensure it meets the airline's size and weight restrictions.
5. Select your preferred seat, or allow the system to assign you a seat automatically.
6. Confirm your baggage allowance, and purchase any additional baggage or meal options.
7. Collect your boarding pass from the check-in agent, and confirm your departure gate and boarding time.
8. Proceed to the security checkpoint, and follow the instructions of the airport staff.

Kiosk check-in to get a Boarding Pass

1. Locate a self-service kiosk at the airport, and select the "Check-In" option.
2. Enter your booking reference number or e-ticket number, and follow the prompts on the screen.
3. Confirm your flight details, and select your preferred seat.
4. Check your baggage at the designated counter, and ensure it meets the airline's size and weight restrictions.
5. Confirm your baggage allowance, and purchase any additional baggage or meal options.
6. Print your boarding pass from the kiosk, or save it to your mobile device for later use.
