Carry-on Baggage

11 lbs are the carry-on weight limit. The maximum size for a carry-on item is 21x11x7.8 inches (height, width, and depth). There is a weight restriction on carry-on luggage.

Checked Baggage

A 50 pound. The baggage allowance is included in the COOL, FLEX, and SUPER flights without additional fees. The ticket consists of the allotment information.
BEST rates do not include any checked luggage allowance; however, customers may add a 50 lb baggage allowance for a price of €25 on each trip when purchasing their tickets. The fixed price per way will be €25 on the day of departure.
Passengers will have to pay for additional and special luggage over that allowance.

The baggage allowance for children under 2 (seatless passengers) includes the following:

1. One carry-on bag
2. One checked baggage (22 lb max.)
3. 1 checked folding stroller (buggy) or car seat.
4. Additional baggage allowance for people with disabilities or reduced mobility (in addition to their fare-based baggage allowance):
   One personal mobility device (wheelchair, electric scooter, etc.).
