Cancellation Policy

Upon cancellation passengers will get a refund, however, different fare may limit the passenger from exercising their right to cancel their reservation. Business Class Flexi passengers also have the option of cancelling their ticket for free. Furthermore, all refunds will be made in INR. Refund Policy

Passengers can request a refund, however, this can only be requested before the departure of the flight and not after.  Moreover, the refund will depend on the type of ticket passengers purchased. In addition to this, the refund will be given to the passenger who is named on the ticket or the person who paid for the ticket. Furthermore, in both cases, satisfactory proof should be provided to Vistara. Most importantly, if the passenger purchased the ticket from the Airport Ticketing Office, then a refund needs to be collected from the Airport ticketing office as well.
