In such cases, if you find out that your baggage is damaged or something is missing you have to contact the lost and found department for further process. In case you’ve left the airport premises make sure you report about it within seven days.
Your sports baggage will be flown safely and will be considered as checked baggage. You have to make sure that one sports baggage item does not exceed 32 kg of weight.
In case your baggage is lost or delayed when you arrive at your destination, you have to report that to the lost property department. You will then be able to track your baggage status.
