In case the scheduled flight got canceled, then the passengers will get the full amount as a refund, or else there is an option to opt for re-book the ticket to the same destination. But in some cases, passengers will get the other benefits like if passenger booked a hotel or ordered any meal, then those amounts will also be refunded by the airlines.
