KLM Royal Dutch Airlines Baggage Fees & Allowance FAQ's
1. What to do for the delay in my baggage? +
If you find a delay in your baggage at the destination airport, you have to report it as soon as possible. Make sure that you report within five days. You can report at the airport or online for some destinations.
2. What if there is a serious damage in my baggage? +
For serious damage other than scratches or dents, you will have to report a claim for the damage. Make sure you request the claim for your damage within seven days.
3. What to do if the items in my baggage are missing? +
If your items in the baggage are missing, you have to inform the airport immediately or at least within seven days. The lost items as long as they are within liability, the airline will compensate for the same.
