Cancellation Policy

Passengers can cancel their flight tickets on GOL Airlines website at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight. Cancellation can also be done through the call center, this can be up to 4p minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight. If cancellation is not done, passengers will then be labelled as “no show”. Moreover, it is also possible for passengers to cancel their booking without any cost. However, this can only be done if the cancellation is done at least 7 or more days before the scheduled departure of the flight. In addition, passengers are also required to cancel the ticket within 24 hours of booking it. In other cases, cancellation fee is applicable depending on the fare rules. 

 

Refund Policy

Passengers can apply for a refund by going to the website of GOL Airlines and heading over to the ‘My Reservation” section. Moreover passengers who want a refund of the ticket tickets will get a refund of the fare according to the tariff rules. In addition to this, the airline issues refunds for eligible tickets within 7 business days of receiving a refund request for booking done by credit card and 20 business days for booking done by check/cash. 

NOTE* – If the passenger purchased the ticket through an agent, they are required to request for a refund through the same source.
