Passengers can cancel their flight tickets on GOL Airlines website at least 1 hour and 30 minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight. Cancellation can also be done through the call center, this can be up to 4p minutes before the scheduled departure of the flight. If cancellation is not done, passengers will then be labelled as “no show”. Moreover, it is also possible for passengers to cancel their booking without any cost. However, this can only be done if the cancellation is done at least 7 or more days before the scheduled departure of the flight.
