1. How do I measure my baggage dimension?
You can measure your baggage dimension by adding up length, width and height (length + width + height).
EasyJet permits passengers to carry one small hand baggage on-board. Moreover, there is no set weight limit of the baggage, just that the passengers should be able to lift and carry the bag. In addition, the baggage should be of 45 x 36 x 25cm dimensions. Furthermore, if passengers purchase a seat with extra legroom then they can bring an additional large cabin bag with them. Lastly, this additional baggage can be of maximum 56 x 45 x 25cm dimensions.
NOTE* – Flexi passengers can also bring two bags.
EasyJet is a low-cost carrier and therefore, their ticket does not include baggage. However, passengers have the option of purchasing checked baggage according to their needs. For instance, they can purchase a 15kg, 23kg or 32kg size baggage. In addition, fees for the same differ accordingly. Furthermore, the baggage can be of maximum 257cm dimensions and should not exceed 32kg weight.
Baggage needs to meet the set size and weight dimensions, if it exceeds then the passenger is charged with excess baggage fee. Moreover, the fee is £12 per kg if the item is overweight. In addition, this charge is one-way per flight. Lastly, passengers can be asked to put the overweight/sized cabin baggage in the hold of the craft and consequently pay an excess baggage fee.
