Online web check-in

With Copa Airlines, online check-in is easy. Go to the airlines' website, then click on the “online check-in” tab. Then enter your ticket number, booking code, also the name of the passenger traveling on the flight. After validation of your check-in, the airline mails your boarding passes and assigns a seat to you.

In either case, be aware that your boarding pass will be available from your smartphone. You also have the option of receiving your boarding pass by email if you wish to print it. Also, remember to bring your passport or a valid ID when preparing for your trip.

Mobile Web Check-In

You might register and also receive your boarding pass on your mobile. Mobile check-in might be done from any of the destinations by putting copa.com from your mobile or our APP (IOS / iPhone). Passengers who perform Mobile Check-in will have the same benefits as a passenger who does Web Check-In.

Mobile boarding pass

Mobile check-in is allowed in all cities where it operates. In cities where the mobile boarding pass is not yet enabled, you must go to the Web Check-In lines, show your boarding pass on your mobile.

Offline check-in at the airport

All passengers have to report to the Copa Airlines counter two hours before the international flights’ scheduled flight departure.

For domestic flights within Panama and Colombia, passengers have to arrive at the airport within one hour of the scheduled flight departure.

On holidays or for special needs, passengers must report to the airport one and a half hours before the flight departure.

Arrive at the airport early to ensure enough time for the security process, luggage transfer before flight departure, and meet all global flights' requirements.

You must arrive at the airport before3 hours for the U.S. flights before your flight departs.

For flights from Venezuela, you must show up at the airport 4 hours before the flight departs.
