Economy Ticket Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking before your flight departure, then Air New Zealand will $300 as a cancellation fee for an adult or child. However, infant traveling has full refundable tickets. If your flight got canceled, then the tickets are non-refundable but, you can use it for future Air New Zealand reservations. In the case of no-shows, you cannot use it for any alternative airline reservation or rebook for further travel. Air New Zealand has a 24-hour cancellation policy for getting a full refund. You should cancel it within 24 hours of initial purchase and the booking of that ticket was done one week prior to departure. Moreover, the airline charges $150 changing the fee for adults or children for economy reservations. You can easily change your infant fare booking without any additional fee. While if you want to change your reservation to upper-class fare, then there is no changing fee applied. And, all Air New Zealand tickets are not transferable to any other person.
