If you cancel your booking before your flight departure, then Air New Zealand will $300 as a cancellation fee for an adult or child. However, infant traveling has full refundable tickets. If your flight got canceled, then the tickets are non-refundable but, you can use it for future Air New Zealand reservations. In the case of no-shows, you cannot use it for any alternative airline reservation or rebook for further travel. Air New Zealand has a 24-hour cancellation policy for getting a full refund. You should cancel it within 24 hours of initial purchase and the booking of that ticket was done one week prior to departure.
