Cabin Baggage

Cabin Baggage

You may bring one piece of cabin baggage if you are traveling in economy class and two if you are flying in business class, as long as the combined weight and size do not exceed 8 kg or 55 x 40 x 23 cm, respectively.

We reserve the right to put some cabin baggage in the cargo area if the amount exceeds the space available on board the aircraft. Extra or oversized cabin baggage will be checked in, weighed, tagged with your destination, and deposited into the hold together with the other luggage. Always keep any medications in your carry-on luggage to access if your checked baggage is delayed.

Overweight Baggage

(Overweight Baggage)

A crew member may not lift more than 30 kg when carrying luggage aboard an aircraft. Therefore, we respectfully suggest dividing your luggage into two or more pieces if you carry over 30kg.

If your luggage weighs more than the amount permitted by your ticket type, you will be charged per kilogram per flight. The cost of extra baggage varies by route. Additionally, some luggage may be sent as cargo, with various weight restrictions.

More than 75 kg of excess luggage must be reserved in advance if we need to reserve seats on the aircraft. Please use this form to provide our customer service with the weight in kilograms, the products, and the dimensions. (Form)
